Alease Veasey

VEASEY, Mrs. Alease, of Richmond, departed this life September 27, 2010. She is survived by two sisters, Essie B. Draper and Edith B. Smith; several nieces and nephews, among them, Clarence Draper, Vernita Adams-Grimes, Marvin P. Adams, Nancy Moody, and Oliver Bentley; a host of great-nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Margaret Bentley; brother-in-law, John Veasey; other relatives and friends. Remains rest at the Mimms Funeral Home, 19th and Hull Streets. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 2, 12 noon at First Baptist Church, Midlothian, Va. Rev. Pernell Johnson, pastor. Eulogy by Rev. Marvin Mitchell. Interment in the church cemetery.
