Alphonso Clarke

Mr. Alphonso Clarke of Richmond, departed this life on Friday July 3, 2015

He was born to the late Jesse E. Clarke, Sr. and the late Mary B. Clarke on October 4, 1956. He was preceded in death by his brother Jesse E. Clarke, Jr.

He was educated in the Chesterfield County Public School System.
Alphonso accepeted Christ at an early age under the Pastorship of the late George W. Manning of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church. He was employed with Bill's Landscaping of Powhatan, Virginia.

He leaves to cherish his memory a loving and devoted borther, Earl C. Clarke (Delphine), a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Alphonso had a devoted love for his brother as well as his automobiles, a Chevrolet Pickup S10, and his 94 Fleetwood Cadillac.

Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home 1827 Hull St where funeral services will also be held on Thursday July 9, 2015 at 1pm

At the families request, the Interment will be private.
