Beverly Diane Brooks

Beverly (Diane) Brooks of Richmond departed this life to be with the Lord eternity on Tuesday, January 19, 2016. She is preceded in death by her son, Edward Brooks. Diane leaves to celebrate her life, her mother, Wilma Doris Morgan, the daughter of the late Harold Morgan; eight children, Sherita Adams (Mousy), Antonio, Ronaldo, Anthony, Belinda, Marco, Lamont and Ebony Brooks; six sisters, Maria, Antoinette, Vanessa, Elizabeth and Doris Morgan; two brothers, Harold and Ronald Morgan; two brothers; 26 grandchildren; one that she called her baby King; 14 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends; one devoted friend, Moses Pindell.

Diane was born and raised in Richmond, VA. Diane was well loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St. on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 4pm. Interment Private.
