PARSON, Brenda Gayneil Robinson, 72, of Richmond, entered into the presence of the Lord on November 15, 2022. Brenda was a 1968 graduate of Armstrong High School and attended the University of North Carolina Greensboro. As the co-founder and First Lady of The Richmond Christian Center, she ministered the Word of God, undergirded the vision God assigned to her, and lived the Word through her consistent example of love. Her love for ministry was consistent, with a consecrated heart and diligent pursuit of the Word of God. Her greatest testimony for her family is witnessing how she mastered the power of forgiveness and modeled a commitment to always walk in love. Her Kingdom example and impact will abound for generations.
She reunites with her parents, Clifford Bernard and Sophronia Mae Robinson; paternal grandparents, John Bernard Robinson and Louise Robinson Bey; maternal grandparents, Seymour Sr. and Annie Mae Massenburg.
Her legacy of love remains through her children, Nichole Barnette (Reginald), Stephen Parson, Jr. (Cherie), Adrienne Broom (Marcus), Mark Parson (Aynsley); her grandchildren, Temara Robertson (Jamel), Ciera Koger, Micaela Parson, Curtis Smith, Alexandra Parson, Cydney Koger, Aaron Parson, Stephen Mark Parson, Bria Freeman, Makenna Parson, Braylon Broom, and Camden Broom; and her only great-grandson, Tylen Robertson; cherished sister, Patricia Fleming; nephew, James Fleming.
