Byron J. Byrd

Byron J. Byrd was born November 15, 1987, and passed away suddenly on November 30, 2024. He was preceded in death by his father Alonza Jefferson, Sr. and brother Alonza Jefferson Jr.

Bryon graduated from Huguenot High School and attended St. Paul College, and State University.

Byron loved football and he played in high school and in college. He was a die-hard Cowboys fan.

He worked various jobs which included landscape work, power washing, car detailing, and caregiver.

In his spare time, he loved spending time with his family and especially his daughters and hanging out with his boys, fishing, and playing video games.

Byron is survived by his mother Darnetta B. Jefferson, daughters Aliyah J. and Amayah Byrd, brother Michael Byrd, sister Sonnie J Perkins, (Michael), nieces Amarah Perkins,Destani Noel, one nephew Darrian Jefferson, longtime companion Brianna Colonna; aunts Gwendolyn Byrd, Felicia Mudd, uncles Warren and Dwight Byrd. A Host of other relatives and friends.

Devoted friends Omar Kizzie, Rasheed Martin, Jeff Wilson, Dominique Robinson, and Richard Williams.
