Born on July 20, 1983, in New York, NY, Carlos was a vibrant individual whose radiant personality effortlessly lit up every room he entered.

Some people leave behind memories. Charlie left behind laughter, protection, and love. Carlos "Charlie" Toro Jr. had a way of filling every room with his presence - whether through a joke, a prank, or simply showing up when someone needed him most.
