Clarence H. Mitchell

Clarence Henry Mitchell, known to family and friends as “Mitch,” was born on September 30, 1952, and peacefully departed this life surrounded by loved ones on October 21, 2025. Mitch was the son of the late Daisy Baker Mitchell and Solon Boston Mitchell Sr. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Ernestine Mitchell, with whom he shared many years of love and companionship. Mitch leaves to cherish his memory to his son, Kirkland Mitchell, and his brother, Solon Mitchell Jr.

Mitch dedicated 40 years of service to the United States Postal Service, where he was known for his strong work ethic and reliability. Mitch’s legacy is one of quiet strength and compassion. Though he has departed this earthly life, his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
