Constance was a woman of great principles, she love people in general and was always ready to tell a story about life and how she lived. She was well liked by those with whom she worked with before she retired. Constance worked for a nursing home for 17 years and worked for Richmond Public Schools for 21 years she was an amazing woman. Baptized at age 12 she loved the Lord wholeheartedly I can remember hearing her prayers when things were not favorable in our house whole. She really believed in prayer. She taught Sunday school and love to talk about the goodness of the Lord. Constance was a member of First Baptist Church Southside before she became ill but she never gave up on the word, she would watch Dr. Lance Watson's broadcast ever Sunday morning just to hear a word from God. She was preceded by her husband, George Redd. She is survived by her son Dr. Terence Redd (Dr. Mildred Redd); Granddaughter Serena Soto; and a host of Great Grand Children, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and She will be truly missed.\n\nA graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 1 PM at VA Veterans Cemetery at Amelia, 10300 Pridesville Rd.
