Pastor Danette Mack Massey Obituary (1959 - 2017)

MASSEY, Pastor Danette Mack, of Richmond, departed this life August 20, 2017. She is preceded in death by her father, Joe Powell, Sr. and brother, Dave Powell. She is survived by her husband, Odell Massey, Sr.; children, Dellisha Massey Roach (Quinntin), Lindell Massey, Demeterie Massey, Sr., and Oddell Massey, Jr. (Mimi); mother, Delores Allen; sisters, Amanda Huff (Danny), Angel Powell and Sona Cotman; brothers, Earl Pender, Richard Pender, Joseph Powell, Earl Powell, Henry Powell, Vincent Powell, and Roscoe Allen; 12 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St. The family will receive friends on Friday (today) from 6-7PM at The Ministries Without Walls International, 5780 Hull St. Rd., Richmond, VA 23224. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 1:00 PM at New Canaan Worship Center, 4712 Forest Hill Ave., Richmond, VA 23225. Interment Maury Cemetery.
