Deaconess Alberta Watson Obituary (1943 - 2021)

Deaconess Mrs. Alberta Goode Watson, affectionately known as "Mickey," age 77 of Powhatan, VA peacefully transitioned at home on April 13, 2021 with her family by her side. She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband of 59 years, Deacon William Watson, Jr., her son, Dr. William Watson, III (Gayle); two daughters, Barbara Watson Taylor and Patricia Watson Bolling (Herbert); eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends, among them a devoted Mary Alice Eggleston. Funeral service will be held at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull Street Rd., Richmond, VA on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 1 PM. Interment at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 3090 Judes Ferry Rd. Powhatan, VA
