Deborah Barnes Bell

Mrs. Deborah Barnes Bell of Chesterfield, departed this life on July 15, 2015.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Barnes.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, William S. Bell; one son, William Elijah Bell; one daughter, Willia Sarah Bell; her parents, James Barnes and Betty Lou Washington Barnes; her sister, Crystal Barnes; two grandchildren, Bria Bell and Brian Bell; along with a host of other family and friends and devoted co-workers at Dominion Virginia Power.

Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St., where the family will receive friends on Thursday, July 23, 2015, from 5 to 7 p.m. and where funeral services will also be held at 12 noon on Friday, July 24, 2015.
