Debora R. Jones Obituary (1953 - 2024)

Debora (Deborah) Robinson Jones of Chesterfield, VA. departed this life on June 8, 2024. Debora was a sincere and loving woman. She was very knowledgeable in her African culture and participated as a member of several organizations to help advance the African American community. Debora was employed with Richmond Social Services Department for over 30 years and assisted many with services that help achieve safety, independence, and overall well-being. She was born October 8, 1953, to Clinton A. and Geneva M. Robinson, who preceded her in death. She was preceded in death by one loving brother, Floyd (Yinestra) Robinson. She leaves to cherish her memories, two sons Watson Jones Jr. and Alexander J. Jones; one grand daughter Aleah J. Jones; two nieces Nanette (Lionel) White and Marci Robinson and a host of loving cousins, other relatives, and close friends. We will miss her warm and genuine presence and pray that her spirit will comfort us and fill our days with loving memories until we meet again. Love June and Zan and the family.
