Doris Legare

LEGARE, Mrs. Doris Elizabeth, of Richmond, departed this life June 4, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Legare Jr. She is survived by her children, Rosalind Bennett and Eugene P. Legare III (Sharon D.); three grandchildren, Thomas Green, Shawnda and Shanice Legare; a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Frances Junious; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; and a wonderful devoted friend, Roberta Simmons. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull Street, where a funeral service will be held Thursday, June 10, at 11 a.m. Pastor Sherry Ross officiating. Interment Maury Cemetery.
