Doris Mason

Doris May Mason, age 83, of Richmond, VA, peacefully departed this life on May 26, 2025. She was born on November 1, 1942.

Doris was united in holy matrimony to the late Leroy Mason Sr. and together they were blessed with three beloved children. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Doris centered her life around her family, cherishing every moment spent with her children and grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Leroy (Dale) of Chesterfield, VA, and Keith (Jewell) of Chesterfield, VA; one daughter, Lekeisha (Christopher) of Henrico, VA; three sisters, Joyce of Pleasantville, NJ, Gloria of Louisa, VA, and Jane of Louisa, VA; one brother, Walter of Richmond, VA; and seven grandchildren: Gabrielle, Jakina, Karys, Keith Jr., Eric, Christian and Leeyiah.

Doris was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Leroy Mason Sr., her sister, Eva, and her granddaughter, Olivia.

Doris will be remembered for her unwavering love, gentle spirit, and the joy she brought to all who knew her. Her legacy of kindness and devotion lives on in her family and all whose lives she touched.
