Elwood William Forman

Mr. Elwood William Forman of Richmond, of Richmond, departed this life on June 16, 2015.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George Washington Forman Sr. and Jennie Mae Spencer Forman; one brother, George Washington Forman Jr.; and two sisters, Etta Spencer and Beverly Pierce.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Doris Moore Forman; two sons, Jerome J. Moore and Tyrone T. Moore (Chaun); two daughters, Geraldine Jones and Randi Janea Jones; four sisters, Elaine Stubbs, Frances Smith, Irma Forman and Pauline Forman; along with a host of grandchildren, family and friends.

Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at the Swansboro Baptist Church, 3801 Midlothian Turnpike.
