Ever M. Cox Obituary (1931 - 2017)

Deaconess Ever Mae Cox departed this life, May 22, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Deacon Edwin Cox. She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Helen E. Cox Atkins (Marvin Sr.); two grandchildren, Marvin Atkins Jr., California, Monet Johnson (Rashad), Virginia.; and four great-grandchildren. She also leaves her devoted brother, George "Bro" Briggs (Rita); and one sister, Lottie "Sis" Briggs Neal (Robert); two sisters-in-law, Mary McCray (George), New York and Louise Cox; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 11521 Coalboro Rd., Chesterfield, Va. 23838. Interment church cemetery.
