Frances Brown

BROWN, Deaconess Frances E., of Richmond, departed this life Saturday, March 13, 2010. She is survived by her brother, Thomas D. Townes; two sisters-in-law, Juanita Townes and Constance Jackson; one aunt, Mabel Wheel; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 19th and Hull Streets. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 17, 1 p.m. at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Chesterfield County. Rev. Dr. Howard Cooper Sr. officiating. Eulogy by Pastor Wayne L. Moody. Interment in the church cemetery.
