Frances C. Harris

On September 4, 2021, Frances W. Harris went to be with the Lord and Savior. Frances Cerestine Woolridge Harris was born on July 20th of 1946, to Eva ("Boosie") Woolridge and Frank ("Stutz") Woolridge, in Midlothian, Virginia. She attended Midlothian Elementary, Hickory Hill Junior High, and Carver High School, graduating in 1964. She is preceded in death by her parents Eva & Frank Woolridge and brother Frank ("Snag") Woolridge Jr. She is survived by her husband Daniel Harris Jr., daughters Chanda Harris-Jones (Calvin Jones), and Leslie Harris-Parham (Almasi Parham), youngest sibling Eva J. Smith (nieces: Krystal & Anitra), sister-in-law Susan G. Harris, grandchildren Britany Jones, Yazmin White (Dennis White), Cydney Jones, Gavin Jones (Jade Jones), Christian Harris, and Alauren Parham, Keisha Brayboy (Anthony Brayboy Miles and Camryn Miles). Cousins Leonard & Roberta Davis, Ann Jetter, Patty and Walter Street, "Pewee", Sheila, Jean, Tricia, Beanie (Michael), and Anthony "Tony" (Rosa) Woolridge, Herbert & Geraldine Armstead (Fred Braxton). Cherished friends Roger Flowers, Patricia Pierce, Carolyn Fawole, Theresa Bailey, and Mary (Banks) Thomas. A host of others. She was greatly loved by many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, September 13, 2021 at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St.
