Harold Stanly Moon, Jr. of Richmond, departed this life January 1, 2017. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Ann Robinson Moon. He leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Craig Grimes; two grandchildren, Shelaina G. Holliday (Keon) and Aleyah Grimes; loving niece, Denise Byrd Miles (Cain); two devoted cousins, Delores Bailey and Marie Hunter; special devoted friend, Jeanette Stelle; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St., where family will receive friends on Friday, January 6, 2017 from 6-7PM. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2017, at Sixth Mount Zion Baptist Church, 14 W Duval St. Reverend Tyrone Nelson officiating. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
