Holton G. Claiborne, Jr. Obituary (1929 - 2016)

Holton G. Claiborne, Jr. of Richmond, departed this life Thursday, February 25, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie J. Claiborne; three daughters, Audrey (Walter) Robinson, Patricia Carter and Robin (Seth) Pruden; two granddaughters, Lucresha Cunningham and Leondra Sutton; one grandson, Brandon Pitt of Lancaster, Pa.; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Tammy West; adoptive daughter, Crystal (Carlston) Moore, and a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St. Funeral service will be held 12 noon Saturday, March 5, 2016, at Rising Mount Zion Baptist Church, 2708 Hartman St. Family to assemble at the church at 11:45 am. Rev. Roscoe D. Cooper III, pastor. Rev. Louis A. Collins officiating. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
