Jerry L. Champion

Jerry Lewis Champion of N. Chesterfield, departed this life March 15, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Len Champion Sr.; and sister, Deborah Champion. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Pamela D. Champion; daughter, Jeriel Champion; mother, Freda Champion; three brothers, Len Earl Champion Jr., Arthur L. Champion (Michelle), and Roy Champion; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St., where the family will receive friends Sunday from 4 to 5 p.m. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 21, 2016, at Fourth Baptist Church, 2800 P St. Rev. Emory Berry Jr., pastor, officiating. Interment Hall Basket Cemetery, Manson, N.C.
