Joseph "CoCoMoe" Epps, Jr.

of Richmond, was born on September 27, 1962. He was preceded in death by his sister, Pamela Epps. Joseph leaves to cherish his memory, his parents Lille and Joseph, Sr; two sons, Jovon and Montae Spurlock; one sister, Sade' Nichols; one grandson, Emery Belvin; one sister, Grace R. Epps; two nieces Ashley and Devin Turner; one nephew Ashton Quinn Guest, and a host of other relatives and friends among them special Robert Nichols and Rialto Miller. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home 1827 Hull Srtreet, where a memorial service will be held Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 12Noon. Interment is private.
