Josephine Campbell Howlett "Jo," departed this life July 8, 2022. She is survived by her husband, Leonard K. Howlett Sr.; son, L. Kennon Howlett Jr. (Beverly); daughter, Tracey Howlett; two grandchildren, Tiffany L. Howlett and Justin L. Howlett (Kasey); sister, Pearl Hanley (Adam); and a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St., where family will receive friends on Friday, July 15, 2022 from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Pilgrim Journey Baptist Church, 7204 Bethlehem Rd., Henrico, Va. 23228. Interment Maury Cemetery.
