She is perceived in death by her mother Virginia and father Melvin Hill Sr. and sister Sylvia Harris. Joyce is survived by her husband Nathaniel Hilliard of 48 years, brother Melvin Hill Jr. ( Sherry Ann) sister Brigid H. Curtis ( Graylen ), brother Christopher A. Hill ( Janice), sister Julia M. Bledsoe ( Kevin ) Brother in law Melvin Hilliard ( Freda ) sister in law Gracie L. Hilliard. Host of nieces and nephew and many special friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 11, 2017 11:00a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 14th & Perry Street.
