Junius Eggleston Obituary (1932 - 2015)

Mr. Junius Eggleston of Chesterfield County, VA. departed this life on Friday February 27th, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; daughter, Glenda Townes; sons, Calvin (Juanita), Harold (Deborah), Michael (Joanne) and Jerry (Patrice) Eggleston; sisters, Mary Benjamin and Christian Smith (William); brother, Robert Eggleston; sisters-in-law, Mary and Etheleen Eggleston; a host of grand and great-grandchildren, among them, one adopted, Brandon Frye; several nieces and nephews, one devoted, Bishop Lawrence Taylor; daughter-in-law, Audrey Eggleston; many friends, among them devoted, Lawrence Clarke, Roy Baldwin (Darlene) and Cliff Howell (Judy); caregivers, William Eggleston, Darryl Booker, Rosa Taylor (Creed) and Rev. Betty Bailey (Lawrence); and a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St., where funeral services will be held 12 noon Thursday, March 5. Rev. Shirley Eggleston officiating. Interment Towerlight Faith Center Cemetery, Powhatan County.
