Kelley M. Carter Obituary (1978 - 2023)

Kelley Marcellus Carter passed away on December 9, 2023. He was born To Joann E. Carter, who preceded him in death and Alfred Carter, Jr. He is survived by his daughters, Amaya and Aryanna Hayward-Carter and their mother, Melissa Hayward. He is also survived by his brother, Corey M. Carter and sister, Crystal M. Carter; uncles, Ronald Thompson of Charlottesville, VA and Cameron D. Carter of North Garden, VA. Kelley has a large extended family which includes three nieces (Treasure, Bridgette, Briche); great niece (True); many cousins and friends. Kelley will be greatly missed by family and friends who loved him.
