KEEL, Lee A. Jr., of Richmond, departed this life November 15, 2013. He is survived by his children, Thomas Perkins and Helen Frye (Washington); 12 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; sister Ruby Williams; four stepchildren, Lynda Clarke, Debora Clarke, Winderal Hunter and Dennis Clarke; devoted cousin, Margaret Cobb Jackson; godchildren, Leon Jr., Lemar and Lesha McDaniel; nieces, nephews, other relatives; and friends, among them, Barbara McDaniel. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St., where a funeral service will be held Thursday, November 21st at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Lawrence B. Samuel officiating. Interment Maury Cemetery.
