Mrs. Lillian Gordon Glenn Parker was born to Anna Beatrice Jones and William Anthony Glenn, Sr. July 12, 1938, in Richmond, Virginia. She peacefully departed this life September 20, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Oswell Cleother “Peter” Parker; brother, William Anthony Glenn, Jr.; and two sisters: Anita G. Ford and Loretta G. Charles (Robert).

She’s loved and remembered by her three children: Mark Leon Parker (Cynthia), Lisa Gayle Parker-Porter (Glenn), and Charles Gary Parker (Marsha); five grandsons: Jervon Hinton, Glenn Eugene Porter Jr., Luke Proctor Porter, Adam DeWitt Porter, and Mark Leon Parker, Jr.; great- grandchildren: Shamari and Shavon; two sisters: Patricia G. Quashie (Ronald) and Rheba G. Gwaltney; brother-in-law, Robert Charles Sr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday October 3rd @ 1pm at Second Baptist Church, 3300 Broad Rock Road, Richmond, VA.
