Mauricette Coles Obituary (2021)

Our community sadly lost a pillar, Mauricette Coles, on November 27, 2021. Mauricette was born on January 11,1950 in Halifax, North Carolina. She was a resident of Rutherford County in Tennessee. Mauricette loved her family and she enjoyed spreading the Gospel to those that knew God and to those finding their way to Him. Mauricette was a gifted tax consultant and accountant for over 30 years. She was the owner of Faith Tax Consultant and Prepare, LLC and she had dedicated clients in Virginia and Tennessee. Mauricette was loved and dearly respected and her presence was felt wherever she visited. She enjoyed traveling, attending church, and spending time with her family and friends. Mauricette had a sense of humor and valued being one of God's servants. Mauricette Coles is preceded in death by her parents, Thelbert Sr and Mary Batchelor. She is survived by her four siblings, Thelbert Batchelor, Jr., Hazel Mitchell, Vernitta Manuel, and Judy Mbabah. Her two daughters, Deanna Archie and Maretta Batchelor. Her grandchildren Karina Maldonado, Kariem Jackson, Krystalyn Jackson and Lorenzo Archie. Her seven angels, her grandchildren, Christina Archer, Ke'Ron Maldonado, Ke'Mari Moses, Ke'Shard Moses, Ke'Ava Moses, Nova Jackson, and Wardell Weeks III (her little prince). Dedicated friends Vanessa Jackson and Yocenthia Williams and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, Godchildren and friends. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St.
