McArthur Smith of Henrico departed this life March 23, 2016. He is preceded in death by his mother, Geraldine Smith; sister, Hazel Lundy; and brother, Carson Smith. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Knight (Jospeh); two grandchildren, Devon Smith and Dominique Staton; two great grandchildren, De'Jon Smith and Dre'on Smith; father, Wilson Smith; two brothers, Herbert, Sr. (Catherine) and Wilson Smith, Jr.; two sisters, Sara Jones and Rosa Mae Paige (John); aunt, Mary Sample (Bennett); sister in law, Anna Walker; devoted friend, Gertrude Brickhouse and a host of other relatives and friends.

Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 8775 Mount Olive Ave. Glen Allen, VA. Rev. Darryl Thompson, pastor, officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
