PARKER, Michael Owen, of Richmond, departed this life November 7, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Ella Parker; two sons, Owen J. Parker and Rashad Miller; mother, Moize Parker; two sisters, Judy Wiggins (Gilbert) and Margie Gibson (Victor); two brothers, Freddie Parker Jr. and Jefferey Parker (Melondy); several aunts and uncles; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; sister-in-law, Carolyn S. Brinkley (Bill); brother-in-law, Bert Singletary (Linda); and a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 19th and Hull Streets. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 12, 1 p.m. at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 6100 Cornerstone Blvd. Pastor Stan Bennett officiating. Interment Dale Memorial Park.
