The Life of Odelia Page Pollard\n\nOn Saturday September 14, 2019 God called home one of His Angels because her work was complete here on earth. Page Pollard gained her wings and is resting in the golden gates of Heaven\n\nShe was preceded in death by her parents Welford and Harriet Pollard, brothers William and Calvin, Sisters Mildred and Dorothy and Sister in law Bessie\n\nBorn in Winterpock, Virgina as Odelia Page Pollard on September 3, 1940 to Welford and Harriet Pollard. She was affectionately known as Page.\n\nPage attended Chesterfield Public Schools and later moved to New York. She worked at Woolworth until she retired and then decided to return home to Winterpock. She was a faithful worker at Dollar Tree for the past 20 years and she was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in WinterPock.\n\nPage was a private person, who rather be alone, except when she was with family. She loved shopping especially with her nieces Joanette and Angie every Saturday morning. Page was a very generous person and had a passion for plants & elephant figurines (as long as the trunk was up).\n\nPage leaves to cherish her memories six sons: Barry Pollard Sr. (Vanessa), Daniel Pollard Sr. (Roslyn) , Steve Smith (Stephanie) and devoted son Randy Pollard (Heather), Tyrone and Joe Pollard, nine grandchildren, Barry Jr. Dwayne, and Keith Pollard (Courtney), Daniel "Duke" Pollard Jr., Danielle Pollard, Daquan Massey, Zion Smith, Carter & Ainsley Pollard, waiting to make his presence in November grandbaby Torrian Kingston Pollard, five great grandchildren, Kaci & Kajai Pollard, Noah Desravines, Kailey Massey, Ke'shawn Kingston Bolden, one brother Welford Pollard Jr. (Florine), one sister Frances Pollard, and a host of other family and friends.\n\nFuneral service will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St. Interment Tabernacle Baptist Church.
