HATCHETT, Orange "Leon", 87, of Richmond Virginia, entered eternal rest August 14, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife Viola Hatchett of 54 yrs, 3 children, William Hatchett, Lisa Hatchett, Kelvin Hatchett and 1 grandson Kelvin Whitfield. He leaves to cherish his memories his 3 daughters, Crystal D. Barrett, Dionne M. Hatchett, Secret L. Hatchett; 2 sisters: Njinga Mensah and Alma Brock, 1 sister in-law Thelma Hatchett, 16 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Family will receive friends Tuesday, August 24, 2021from 5:00PM-7:00PM and A Funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 1pm at Mimms Funeral Home located at 1827 Hull St, Richmond VA 23224. Interment Maury Cemetery.
