Oswell Cleother Parker, Jr Obituary (1935 - 2014)

Parker Oswell Cleother "Peter" Parker, Jr., 79 of Richmond, passed away on June 20, 2014. He was born on April 2, 1935 in Southampton County, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oswell Parker and Beulah Parker Holloman; and one brother, Johnny Holloman. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lillian G. Parker; three children: Mark L.(Cynthia), Lisa G. Porter(Glenn) and Charles(Marsha); four grandsons; one step-grandson; three sisters, Dorothy Squire, Thelma Knight and Audrey Grant(James); one brother, James(Geraldine); two aunts, Elizabeth Boykins and Catherine Everett; three sister-in-law, two brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Funeral services will be held at Second Baptist Church, 3300 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA. On Monday, June 30, 2014 at 1:00p.m.
