Phyillis A. Humphrey Obituary (1941 - 2021)

Phyllis A. Humphrey of Richmond, Virginia, passed into eternal rest on September 29, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Humphrey, Sr., father, Bernard Jones, Sr., and two grandchildren, DaQuan and Juane. She was a faithful servant of the Lord and a longtime member and clerk of First Calvary Baptist Church of Glen Allen, Virginia. She is survived by her mother, Dorothy M. Bell; two sisters, Barbara Fraierson (Alfred) and Shirley White (Horace); three children, Terry Bartlett (Tony), Karen Cheatham, and Jesse Humphrey, Jr.; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was truly loved and will be missed beyond measure. Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 1:30 PM at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St. Interment Maury Cemetery.
