Sylvester Lee Ferrell, son of the late Grace Ann McFail Ferrell and Robert Ferrell was born on September 26, 1967, in Richmond, VA. He went on to be with the Lord on April 13, 2021. He received his education in the Luneburg County Public Schools. He relocated to Richmond, VA where he worked multiple jobs. He later moved to Elimira, New York where he met his long time devoted life partner Marguriet Brooks. He enjoyed driving his truck, watching his westerns, and fishing but above all he loved spending time with his children, family and friends. His laugh and smile will always be remembered. In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his twin sister Alvester Ferrell, brother Ronald Carter, and granddaughter Zy'Annah Robinson. Cherishing his loving memories are his 7 children Dominique Cheatham, Monquie Cheatham, Shaquita Robinson, Jawaun Brooks, Janaya Ferrell, Jada Ferrell & Hannah Foskey: 9 grandchildren Jasheema Cheatham, Cordaro (Cj), Rasheem Cheatham, Ahamth ShamsidCheatham, Chance Cheatham, Ka'mari Cornell Robinson, Malachi Foskey, Jahavion Foskey, Jakobe Lee Brooks; siblings Robert Anthony (Jevona), Eric, Shawn, Laura, Robert Lee, Marvin, Rodney, Antonio, Anthony (Melissa), Evelena, Priscilla (James), & Lakeisha (Marius); his devoted life partner Marguriet Brooks; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many caring friends.\n\n\n\nFuneral service will be held Friday, April 23, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St. A public viewing will be held prior to the service from 9-12PM.
