Theresa E. Lamb was born on July 7, 1949 to the late Leon and Mary Bates in Blackstone, Virginia. She departed this life December 17, 2024. Theresa work for Kemper Insurance Company for 20 years, She graduated high school and attended college. She enjoyed antiquing and gardening and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had a heart of gold and a loving spirit. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers John, Leon Bates and Kenneth Ray Carter, and her grandson Brandon Lamb. Her loving memory will be forever cherished by daughter Tabitha Lamb of Richmond, VA and son William (Dee) Lamb of Fayetteville, NC, her grandchildren Phillip, Latonya Lamb and Wilbert Fleming III of Richmond, VA, Marcus McKinnon of Fayetteville, NC, Brittany (Joshua) Edwards of Beaumont, Tx, her great grandchildren Shamia, Michael, Jahaun, Jalyn, Kassandra and Marleigh.
