Ulysses Grant Mines Obituary (1938 - 2015)

Mr. Ulysses Grant Mines, Jr. of Chester, Va., departed this life on May 14th 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents Ulysses G. Mines, Sr. and Mamie Whitlow Mines. He is survived by his devoted wife of 53 years Florence W. Mines; one daughter Theresa D. Mines; two brothers Lawrence W. Mines, Sr. and Garland T. Mines (Patricia); one sister, Barbara M. Bentley (James); two grandchildren, Martina D. Allen (Adrian) and Andrell R. Mines, along with a host of family and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home 1827 Hull St. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30am Thursday May 21st 2015 at First Baptist Church Centralia 2920 Kingsdale Road, North Chesterfield.
