William "Mitt" Kenney

KENNEY, William Thomas "Mitt,", was called from labor to reward on Friday, July 15, 2016. He was preceeded in death by his loving parents, William Tom Brown and Mary Elizabeth Sue KenneyBrown; son, William Tony Kenney; and brother, John Archer Kenney. He leaves to cherish his memory, a devoted wife of 37 years, Regina Marilyn Kenney; sons, Larry Kenney, Glenn Kee and Aarron Stroud Kenney; daughters, Gloria, Latjuan and Wyvette Kenney; grandsons, Ratjuan Kenney and Tramelle Jones Jr.; granddaughters, Wyauna Kenney and Anastasia Kenney-Green; stepgrandsons, Donte and Glenn Hodges; brothers, Milton Kenney (Laurel) and Roland Kenney (Gloria); sisters, Brenda Kenney, Viola McCoy and Kathleen Brown; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, among them, a dedicated, Mike Dixon.

Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St., where the family will receive friends Thursday (today) from 6 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 22, 2016, at Metropolitan African American Baptist Church, 5263 Warwick Road. Rev. Roscoe D. Cooper Jr. officiating. Interment Maury Cemetery
