Yvonne E. Clarke

CLARKE, Mrs. Yvonne E., of Chesterfield, passed away at her residence Friday, September 19, 2008, after a long illness. She was a homemaker. She was predeceased by her parents, Raymond and Eloise Chapman. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Charles L. Clarke; one son, Marcus R. Clarke; four daughters, Rachael Childress (Ronald), Shawna Johnson (Ricky), Leslie C. Clarke, Kenya C. Clarke; one brother, Richard L. Chapman; one sister, Emma Howell; six grandchildren, Desmond, Lamar, Rahja, Diamond, De'Oja, Kaniya; two brothers-in-law, Horace Clarke (Cynthia) and Leon Clarke (Janice); three sisters-in-law, Vivian Brown (Copeland), Valerie Seay (Charles), Emily Mayfield (David); one devoted niece, Patricia Botts; several nephews and cousins, among them, devoted Jackie Johnson and Jennel Chestnut; other relatives and friends, among them a devoted friend, Pamela Smith. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull St., where funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 24, at 10:30 a.m. Dr. Ruth I.G. Morre officiating. Interment Maury Cemetery.
